Qualifications:
- VA School Psychologist license required
- Experience supporting PK-12 populations preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility for itinerant travel between multiple school sites
- Collaborative approach and willingness to engage in paid team meetings
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively and maintain thorough documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and assist with MTSS/RTI processes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support IEP development
- Provide individual and group counseling/interventions as needed
- Consult with educators and parents regarding student needs
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with district requirements
- Support district initiatives promoting student well-being
