Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Current Arizona School Psychologist license
• Valid fingerprint IVP card
• Experience working with students at elementary, middle, and high school levels is highly valued
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students strengths, needs, and eligibility for special education services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in conjunction with educators and families
• Provide direct support and counseling to students to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional issues
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a supportive learning environment
• Offer crisis intervention and consultation services as needed
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making
