Job Description

This onsite position offers the chance to work directly with students and educators, supporting the social, emotional, and academic needs within a collaborative school environment. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a School Psychologist
  • Previous experience working with elementary school populations preferred
  • Strong understanding of RTI/MTSS frameworks and special education evaluation processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to support individualized educational planning
  • Provide individual and group counseling for students as needed
  • Participate in response to intervention (RTI) and problem-solving teams
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective interventions
  • Contribute to the development of behavior management plans
  • Consult with staff regarding academic and behavioral intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations

This is a full-time, onsite assignment, Monday through Friday, with a standard 37.5-hour work week and a focus on elementary-level caseloads. Youll enjoy the benefit of collaborating with passionate professionals and developing your skills in a supportive and engaging school community.
