Job Description

Youll play a vital part in fostering student well-being and academic achievement, working closely with school teams and families.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current active Florida Psychologist licensure through the Department of Health
  • Experience in school psychology, including conducting assessments, providing counseling, and participating in intervention planning
  • Ability to perform both individual and group services for a range of ages, from Pre-K through middle school
  • Strong collaboration skills for interfacing with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage caseloads across three campuses

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations
  • Provide direct student counseling and intervention services
  • Participate actively in meetings regarding academic and behavioral supports
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IEPs and other educational plans
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare necessary reports
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families in promoting positive mental health

This position is full-time, on-site only, covering 35 hours weekly throughout the school year, from August 5, 2026, through June 1, 2027. The district values efficiency and is prepared for a fast interview and offer process. Streamlined credentialing allows potential transfer of fingerprint records from the Department of Health, helping you get started quickly.
