Key Qualifications:

• Current School Psychologist certification/licensure in Ohio
• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Comprehensive knowledge of special education laws, assessment tools, and counseling techniques
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to determine students needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and support services to students, both individually and in groups
• Consult with educators regarding classroom interventions and behavior management
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, offering expertise in student development and mental health
• Maintain confidential and accurate student records in compliance with school and state regulations
