Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology (required)
• Valid state certification as a School Psychologist
• Proven experience conducting psychoeducational assessments
• Knowledge of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Excellent communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to culturally competent, student-centered practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine students learning and behavioral needs
• Analyze data and provide recommendations to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop effective strategies for academic and behavioral interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to support student mental health and well-being
• Facilitate crisis intervention, counseling, and short-term support as needed
• Promote a safe and inclusive school climate through direct and indirect services
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
