Qualifications:
- Active Kansas School Psychologist license (required)
- Willingness to work with students across all grade levels, K-12
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff
- Ability to conduct thorough evaluations and develop actionable recommendations
- Experience within Kansas schools and understanding of local procedures (preferred but not mandatory)
- Positive attitude and a passion for helping students succeed
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling, assessment, and crisis intervention services to students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop strategies supporting academic and emotional needs
- Participate in IEP and other multidisciplinary team meetings
- Interpret assessment results and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
- Assist in the creation and implementation of behavioral and learning intervention plans
- Support the social, emotional, and mental well-being of all students
