Job Description

Step into a meaningful contract opportunity as a School Psychologist supporting an elementary caseload for the upcoming academic year. This onsite role allows you to provide crucial psychological services to students, faculty, and families, helping to foster a positive educational environment close to Omaha, NE.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Nebraska
  • Experience with elementary-aged children preferred
  • Strong assessment and report-writing skills
  • Effective communicator with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to develop and implement interventions and supports
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and dedicated to student success

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students
  • Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention as needed
  • Develop and participate in individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students learning and social-emotional growth
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and progress monitoring
  • Assist in implementing school-wide initiatives that promote positive mental health
  • Maintain accurate documentation in line with district and state regulations

Position Details:

  • Contract duration: August 31, 2026 May 27, 2027
  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, onsite only
  • Focused on supporting an elementary-level caseload
