Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current NE PSYCH licensure required
  • Experience or interest in working within elementary school settings
  • Background in assessment, counseling, and developing educational strategies
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and dynamic school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret results to inform individualized education plans
  • Provide direct counseling and support for students emotional and behavioral needs
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to address student learning and adjustment challenges
  • Design and implement intervention strategies to promote positive outcomes
  • Attend and contribute to IEP and related meetings
  • Maintain detailed documentation in alignment with school and district requirements
