Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and counseling students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload while maintaining accurate records
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for elementary students
- Analyze assessment data to guide individualized education program (IEP) development and intervention strategies
- Provide direct and consultative psychological services to students, parents, and staff
- Support and participate in multidisciplinary teams for student success planning
- Implement evidence-based interventions addressing behavioral, social, and emotional needs
- Advocate for student well-being, creating inclusive and supportive learning environments
