Job Description

This role offers both a full-time (37.5 hours/week, all grades) and a part-time (19 hours/week, PreK-early ed) schedule, Monday through Friday. The part-time psychologist will provide vital supplemental support to the current staff, ensuring comprehensive services for young learners.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Nebraska School Psychologist licensure required
  • Experience with K-12 (for full-time) or early childhood populations (for part-time)
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive educational environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students
  • Develop and support implementation of intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
  • Provide direct and indirect social-emotional and behavioral support
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
  • Document services and maintain accurate, confidential records
  • Serve as an advocate for students educational and mental health needs
