Key Qualifications:
- Valid Kansas School Psychologist (PSYCH KS) license required
- Prior experience with K-8th grade students preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students in grades K-8
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student achievement and well-being
- Provide crisis intervention and evidence-based counseling as needed
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local and state regulations
