Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current and valid School Psychologist certification or license.
  • Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in K-12 school settings preferred.
  • Familiarity with developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and conducting psychoeducational assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions and support strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and students.
  • Proficiency in report writing and documentation.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to determine students academic, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized interventions and support plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents in the development and review of IEPs.
  • Deliver individual and group counseling to address students needs and challenges.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and achievement.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and help cultivate a positive learning atmosphere across the school community.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records, reports, and documentation in compliance with all applicable guidelines.
