A Master's degree in School Psychology
Active licensure as a school psychologist in Michigan
Experience working within elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills

Clear communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive evaluations and interpreting results for special education eligibility
Delivering individual and group counseling for students as needed
Consulting with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
Designing behavioral and academic interventions tailored to student needs
Participating in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team interactions
Maintaining comprehensive records and ensuring compliance with state and district guidelines
Providing crisis response and prevention support when required
