Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in K-12 educational environments preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive school communities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to inform academic and behavioral interventions
• Provide direct counseling and support to students individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral plans
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and provide expert recommendations for student success
• Support crisis intervention efforts and contribute to a positive school climate
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in accordance with school and district policies
