This role is designed for a dedicated School Psychologist excited to support K-12 students across diverse campuses. Youll serve as an itinerant team member, focusing on thorough evaluations, re-evaluations, and essential assessments crucial to student success. Bilingual skills are a plus, but a strong commitment to student advocacy is what matters most.
What youll bring:
- Current and active Texas School Psychologist license (required)
- Experience with K-12 populations in educational settings
- Comfort adapting to an itinerant schedule across multiple schools
- Strong skills in conducting and interpreting student evaluations and assessments
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not necessary
What youll do:
- Deliver comprehensive psychological evaluations, reevaluations, and assessments for students across K-12 campuses
- Travel onsite to various school locations, collaborating with educators and staff
- Interpret assessment data and provide actionable recommendations to support student learning and well-being
- Contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in eligibility meetings
- Maintain organized, confidential records per regulatory and district standards
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and school personnel
Contract highlights:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, following the academic calendar (August 18th, 2026 May 26th, 2027)
