Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Pupil Personnel Services (CA PPS) credential in School Psychology
  • Demonstrated experience working with high school-age students is highly encouraged
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage diverse student caseloads and tailor interventions to meet individual needs
  • Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive student assessments and provide recommendations for academic and behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Offer direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
  • Promote positive behavioral strategies and a culture of inclusivity within the school community
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for student cases
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision-making
