Job Description

Make a meaningful impact by supporting students in a vibrant school environment as a School Psychologist on a contract basis. This pivotal role involves working closely with students, educators, and families to foster success and well-being.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure as required by the state
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to design interventions supporting student learning and behavior
  • Facilitate and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide direct counseling services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Consult with families to address student needs and strengthen home-school connections
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and adhere to federal, state, and district policies
