Job Description

This full-time contract position offers a rewarding opportunity for a licensed School Psychologist to provide assessments, evaluations, and critical support across one school for the full academic year, August through June.

As an onsite professional, youll play a vital role in conducting student assessments, participating in IEP meetings, and working closely with the SPED team to ensure that students receive the support they need to thrive academically and emotionally.

What were looking for:

  • Valid School Psychologist license for the state of Washington
  • Demonstrated experience conducting assessments and evaluations in a school-based K-12 setting
  • Working knowledge of IEP processes and a proven ability to collaborate during meetings
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with educators, parents, and students
  • Commitment to providing a positive, inclusive educational environment
  • Availability for full-time onsite work (37.5 hours per week) throughout the AugustJune school year

Key responsibilities:

  • Administer comprehensive psychological and academic assessments
  • Interpret evaluation results and share findings with IEP teams
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding best practices and student progress
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings as part of the SPED team
  • Support students socio-emotional needs through evidence-based interventions
