Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification/license as a School Psychologist
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Familiarity with MTSS/RTI frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to identify students strengths and needs
- Support collaborative development of individualized education plans
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services when needed
- Assist in the planning and execution of academic and behavioral interventions
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators regarding student progress and strategies for support
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student achievement
