Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology required
• Active Michigan school psychologist license
• Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for students as needed
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide group and individual counseling to support students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
• Advise teachers, families, and administrators on strategies to address student needs
• Participate in crisis intervention efforts and develop recommendations for interventions
• Maintain accurate records while adhering to ethical and legal standards
