This rewarding full-time, onsite contract opportunity invites you to support student growth and well-being by performing essential evaluations and collaborating with educators and families across a diverse district.
Your focus will be on providing expertise in both English and Spanish, ensuring every student receives tailored psychological support. You'll work closely with school teams to create positive learning environments, using your skills to complete comprehensive assessments and contribute to effective strategies that elevate student success.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Connecticut School Psychologist Certification (070)
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Previous experience performing school-based psychological evaluations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations in English and Spanish for students district-wide
- Interpret and present assessment data to multi-disciplinary teams and families
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop individualized support plans
- Provide consultation and crisis intervention when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Support efforts to foster a culturally responsive and supportive environment for all students

Compensation for this position ranges from $32.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
