Key Requirements:

  • Comfortable working onsite; remote accommodations are not available
  • Adaptability to manage a caseload to be determined during the interview process

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs and strengths
  • Deliver targeted counseling and intervention services to support academic and social-emotional growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Stay current with best practices for school-based mental health services
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and prepare thorough reports for meetings and eligibility determinations
  • Support a diverse student population while fostering an inclusive and supportive school culture
