Job Description
A school psychologist position is available supporting an elementary caseload in the Grand Island, NY area. This contract role offers a structured school-day schedule from 8:35 AM to 3:35 PM, providing services within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement student interventions
- Deliver counseling and support services to address behavioral, emotional, and learning challenges
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Licensed or certified school psychologist credential
- Experience working with elementary school students
- Strong knowledge of educational and psychological testing procedures
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work within a school schedule and follow district protocols

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:35 AM to 3:35 PM
