Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or closely related field (required)
• Current and valid Nevada school psychologist license (required)
• Previous experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
• Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability in dynamic educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for students across all grade levels
• Write detailed, actionable reports and support the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct services, interventions, and crisis management as needed to support student success
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive strategies addressing academic or behavioral concerns
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultative support to school staff
• Maintain meticulous records to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
