Qualifications:
- Holds a valid Maryland School Psychologist License
- Experience evaluating, counseling, and supporting K-12 students a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Capable of organizing and managing multiple priorities
- Passion for fostering inclusive and positive school climates
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessment, counseling, and consultation for students in grades K-12
- Interpret assessment results and develop individualized interventions or recommendations
- Collaborate closely with educators and families to promote student growth and well-being
- Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Support crisis prevention, behavioral intervention plans, and social-emotional learning initiatives
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with federal, state, and school guidelines
