This contract opportunity is an onsite position, providing vital psychological services within a supportive school environment. You'll collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth and success.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Maryland School Psychologist License required
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
- Ability to implement evidence-based practices and facilitate positive behavioral supports
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student well-being and learning
- Interpret and share assessment data to inform educational planning
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture
