What you'll contribute:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify student strengths and needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
  • Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and preventive mental health support for students
  • Consult with educators, parents, and administrators to design effective classroom and schoolwide interventions
  • Stay updated on best practices in student assessment, intervention strategies, and federal/state special education guidelines
  • Maintain thorough, confidential documentation and case files in accordance with school policies

Key qualifications and attributes:

  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience providing psychological services within a school setting strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff
  • Solid organizational and multitasking abilities to manage assessments, counseling, and consultation duties efficiently
  • Passion for supporting student success across academic, behavioral, and social domains
