Essential Qualifications:

• Masters or specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid and current state licensure as a School Psychologist (or in process)
• Knowledge of assessment tools and counseling methods for diverse student populations
• Expertise in developing and implementing IEPs, 504 Plans, and behavioral interventions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with families, teachers, and school staff
• Commitment to ethical standards and fostering a supportive school climate
• Previous experience in schools preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and academic evaluations and interpret results for K-12 students
• Design and monitor effective interventions to promote individual student progress
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address students academic, emotional, and social needs
• Maintain detailed records in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to families and educators
• Act as an advocate for student well-being and positive school culture
