Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field required
• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist

• Experience in counseling and crisis intervention within a school setting is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work with students, parents, and staff
• Ability to operate flexibly in both individual and team environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret results for eligibility and programming decisions
• Deliver direct counseling services and support behavioral interventions for students
• Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) or Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) processes
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop strategies that foster student success
• Provide consultative support for staff and families to enhance student engagement and academic achievement
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines
