Job Description

Support the growth and development of students in a welcoming educational environment as a school psychologist on a contract basis. Qualifications To Bring:

  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
  • Valid state credential or license as a school psychologist
  • Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
  • Skilled in data-driven decision making and documentation
  • Commitment to supporting a diverse and inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify students needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective intervention and support plans
  • Participate in special education eligibility determination and IEP meetings
  • Provide crisis intervention and consultative services as needed
  • Assist in designing and implementing behavioral management plans
  • Serve as a resource to staff and parents regarding child development and learning strategies
  • Maintain thorough and confidential records in compliance with regulations
