This position centers on collaborating with educators and families to create supportive solutions, conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, and contributing insight to the development and implementation of effective IEPs. With a competitive starting rate of $48+ per hour, this opportunity offers recognition for your specialized skills and dedication.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Strong background in student assessments, evaluations, and intervention strategies
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant federal and state special education regulations
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with elementary age students preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for planning interventions
  • Provide guidance and consultation to teachers, administrators, and families
  • Support IEP processes, including meetings, documentation, and goal setting
  • Deliver direct and indirect services to support social-emotional and academic success
  • Assist with crisis intervention and prevention strategies when necessary
