Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or a closely related field.
• Valid Kentucky school psychologist license (required).
• Previous experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred.
• Strong understanding of psychological assessments, counseling, and intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments for referred students.
• Develop and recommend intervention and support strategies tailored to each students needs.
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral management support as required.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents on student progress and development.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Actively participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and multi-disciplinary team meetings.
• Document findings, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with state and district regulations.
