What Youll Bring:
- Current and valid Pennsylvania School Psychologist License
- Experience working with middle school populations, either during internships or in previous roles
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered practices and professional growth
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify student strengths and needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver supportive counseling and intervention services to students, individually or in groups
- Provide crisis intervention and consult on behavioral interventions as needed
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to data-driven decision making
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with all federal, state, and local guidelines
