Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultative skills
• Familiarity with IEPs, behavioral interventions, and special education processes
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Compassionate, flexible, and committed to supporting diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify student strengths and challenges
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective interventions and supports
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, offering expertise and recommendations for student accommodations
• Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Assist in crisis intervention and prevention initiatives within the school community
• Support and guide teachers regarding classroom strategies and student engagement
• Help design and facilitate professional development related to mental health and learning differences
