Step into a dynamic role as a school-based psychologist supporting students from preschool through high school. This contract position offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple educational levels, helping students reach their full potential. The role is full-time, with an on-site commitment of 37.5 hours per week in a vibrant academic setting. You'll conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, produce detailed reports, participate in IEP meetings, and collaborate closely with staff to deliver the best support for student needs.

Key Qualifications:
- Active Delaware School Psychologist licensure (required at submission)
- Prior school-based psychologist experience preferred
- Strong background in psychoeducational assessments and report writing
- Experience supporting a broad range of age groups (preschool, elementary, and high school)
- Proven ability to participate effectively on IEP teams
- Reliable transportation for travel between multiple school sites
- Willingness to pay upfront and complete required Red Clay fingerprinting within the first days
- Ability to work on-site only, commitment to a full school-year contract
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support diverse student populations through direct assessment and consultation
- Complete thorough psychoeducational evaluations and write clear, informative reports
- Actively contribute in multidisciplinary IEP meetings, ensuring the best outcomes for each student
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop personalized intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation and provide expertise across multiple school settings
