Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and valid TN PSYCH License required
- Experience with K-12 student populations preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret testing data
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Participate in IEP/504 team meetings and support individualized student planning
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to develop interventions
- Assist in developing and delivering professional development for educators
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal guidelines
- Support a positive and inclusive school climate through consultation and advocacy
