Job Description

Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students across preschool, elementary, and high school levels as a school-based psychologist. Located near New Castle, DE, this full-time assignment has a schedule of 37.5 hours per week and runs from the start date through June 12, 2026. This is an on-site position, providing direct support to school teams and students.

Your expertise will make a meaningful impact as you collaborate with educators, conduct psychoeducational assessments, write detailed reports, and participate in IEP meetings. The ideal candidate brings hands-on school experience and is eager to manage a diverse caseload spanning multiple age groups.

What We're Looking For:

  • Active Delaware School Psychologist licensure (must be provided for consideration)
  • Prior experience working in school-based settings highly preferred
  • Comfortable supporting preschool, elementary, and high school populations
  • Demonstrated competency in psychoeducational evaluations and report writing
  • Skilled in collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams and contributing to IEP development
  • Ability to efficiently serve multiple sites and grade levels
  • Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and adaptability
  • Willingness and ability to complete required fingerprinting within the first days of assignment
  • Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to varying student needs
