Qualifications:

  • Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential for Massachusetts.
  • Background in school-based behavioral services or a similar setting strongly preferred.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of K-12 students.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.

Role Overview:

  • Work 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, serving a caseload spanning grades K-12.
  • Lead assessments, create individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Use data collection and analysis to support student success, adjusting interventions as necessary.
  • Provide staff training and support, helping to implement best practices across classrooms.
  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records and contribute to IEP meetings as required.
  • Caseload specifics to be determined upon placement.
