Job Description

Youll play a key part in fostering a positive and supportive learning environment while providing essential psychological services within a school setting.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Current or pending state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in K-12 educational settings is highly valued
  • Strong knowledge of assessments, counseling techniques, and special education procedures
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic school environments and varying student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
  • Serve as a vital member of Individualized Education Program (IEP) and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide targeted counseling, crisis support, and consultation to students and staff
  • Participate in developing positive behavior intervention plans and support systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations
