Job Description

A full-time opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to serve K-12 students in Neenah, WI. This contract position involves working within a school setting to support the mental health and educational development of children and adolescents.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' learning and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention plans.
  • Provide counseling and support to students to address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and coordinate services.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and develop prevention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Wisconsin School Psychologist certification/license.
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in an educational setting.
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and counseling skills.
  • Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
