Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid IL School Psychologist credential and PEL required
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • Previous experience working in K-12 school settings is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators to develop effective intervention plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights for student success
  • Deliver direct counseling services and crisis intervention as needed
  • Provide support and guidance to school staff on best practices for student wellness and behavior management
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
