Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a School Psychologist near Naperville, IL. Work onsite and collaborate with another skilled professional, serving four elementary campuses (PreK5th grade) in a role that makes a meaningful difference.

You will have the chance to engage with students, families, and staff, providing assessments, interventions, and consultative expertise during the academic year from August 11, 2026, through May 24, 2027. This full-time position consists of 37.5 hours per week, with two School Psychologists splitting time between two sites each.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement (required)
  • Experience serving PreK5th grade populations in school settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, consultation, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across different school sites
  • Effective communicator and team collaborator
  • Commitment to student-centered, ethical practice

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional evaluations
  • Develop and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals
  • Consult with teachers, families, and related service providers
  • Support implementation of interventions and provide crisis response if needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with district and state requirements
