Step into a rewarding contract role serving K-12 students as a School Psychologist, working onsite near Muncie, IN. With two open positions available, youll have an opportunity to play an essential role in supporting students academic, social, and emotional well-being across the district. This assignment runs from August 3, 2026, through June 7, 2027, aligning with the academic calendar for flexibility and long-term impact.
Your days will follow a consistent full-time schedule, with either 8:50 AM 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM 2:20 PM shifts, covering 35 hours per week. Caseloads will be assigned based on student need and span a diverse range of K-12 ages, ensuring engaging, dynamic work. As a valued member of the on-site educational team, youll collaborate with families, faculty, and staff to help every student reach their full potential.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid School Psychologist certification in Indiana or the ability to obtain it prior to the start date
- Demonstrated skill in conducting assessments, writing reports, and developing interventions for students
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for team-based problem solving
- Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments, evaluations, and comprehensive support services to students
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Design and implement preventative and responsive intervention strategies
- Assist with special education eligibility, IEP development, and progress monitoring
