Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification and state licensure
• Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Experience with psychoeducational assessments, IEP meetings, and behavior intervention planning
• Strong background in providing crisis intervention and counseling to students
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across diverse teams
• Ability to maintain confidential and comprehensive records
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students cognitive, social, and emotional strengths and challenges
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
• Provide direct counseling services and interventions to students individually and in groups
• Advise staff and families on strategies to address learning and behavioral issues
• Support special education eligibility and re-evaluations
• Promote positive behavioral supports and help foster inclusive learning environments
• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
