Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Active and valid state certification or license in School Psychology
• Experience conducting educational and psychological assessments
• Knowledge of Special Education compliance, IEP processes, and Section 504 requirements
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is preferred, though not required
• Ability to provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation services effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to inform IEP teams
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and well-being
• Provide individual and group counseling for students
• Support crisis response and participate in child study or problem-solving teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
