Job Description

This full-time School Psychologist opportunity supports a K-12 public school in Morristown, TN, for the 2025-2026 school year. The role involves providing critical psychological services to students within the IEP and special education programs, working directly with a collaborative team to ensure comprehensive student support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting evaluations, re-evaluations, and assessments of students in grades K-12 as part of the IEP process
  • Collaborating with the IEP team and special education staff to support student needs
  • Providing consultation and psychological services to address academic, social, and emotional concerns
  • Partnering with other school psychologists to manage and share caseload responsibilities effectively
  • Maintaining thorough and timely documentation aligned with state and district guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Valid Tennessee School Psychologist license is required
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in an educational setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEP procedures, assessment tools, and special education regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and staff

This full-time, onsite position requires a 37.5-hour work week throughout the full 2025-2026 school year.
