Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience in comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
- Familiarity with developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong understanding of a wide range of developmental, learning, and emotional disabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams
- Ability to adapt to onsite or remote service delivery as needed
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards in school settings
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify student needs and recommend supports
- Provide direct psychological services, including counseling, to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic and behavioral interventions
- Assist in crisis intervention and prevention planning
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of IEPs and 504 plans
- Maintain detailed and timely service documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
