Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid licensure or eligibility to practice as a School Psychologist in the state
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of assessment tools, IEP processes, and behavioral intervention techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to changing needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, interpret results, and provide recommendations for students educational planning
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to support mental health and social-emotional growth
• Consult with educators and families regarding academic and behavioral interventions
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
