A part-time position is available for a School Psychologist to provide 1:1 support to a student with moderate to severe needs near Napa, CA. This role focuses on delivering personalized assessments and interventions to promote the students academic and social-emotional success. Candidates must hold a valid California School Psychologist License (CA PSYCH) to qualify.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments tailored to individual student needs
- Develop and implement intervention strategies in collaboration with educational teams
- Provide direct, 1:1 support to a student with moderate to severe disabilities
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional expertise
Qualifications:
- Valid California School Psychologist License (CA PSYCH)
- Experience working with students with moderate to severe disabilities preferred
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
