Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas School Psychologist license is required
• Openness to new graduates; all levels of experience considered
• Prior experience with Kansas school systems (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work with students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and testing for students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and indirect services to support student learning and well-being
• Offer crisis intervention and consultation as needed for individual or groups of students
• Document all activities and maintain accurate student records in compliance with state and district guidelines
