This contract opportunity focuses on collaboration with elementary, middle, and high school students, ensuring they have the resources and encouragement needed to succeed both academically and emotionally. Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or a closely related field required
• Valid Minnesota School Psychologist licensure is essential
• Previous experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students highly preferred
• Strong understanding of developmental and cognitive issues in children and adolescents
• Ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective consultation with staff, students, and families
• Commitment to promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion within school settings

Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and assessments to identify students learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Develop and support the implementation of IEPs, behavior intervention plans, and 504s
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Consult with educators and families to recommend effective academic and behavioral interventions
• Advocate for best practices in the development of inclusive, supportive classroom environments
• Facilitate communication between school, home, and community resources
