Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in School Psychology or closely related field required
• Active and current Minnesota School Psychologist licensure
• Previous experience working with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, or high school preferred
• Knowledge of special education laws, psychoeducational assessments, and intervention strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including cognitive, academic, and behavioral assessments to identify student strengths and areas of need
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and support plans
• Facilitate small group and individual counseling to address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges
• Participate in response-to-intervention processes and support data-driven decision-making
• Provide crisis intervention, consultation, and resources as needed throughout the school community
• Advocate for student well-being and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
