Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering positive learning environments and nurturing student growth while collaborating with educators and families to ensure academic and emotional success.

Desired Background and Qualifications:

• Valid state certification or licensure in School Psychology
• Educational Specialist (Ed.S.), Master's, or Doctorate degree in School Psychology or related field
• Previous experience in K-12 settings preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome
• Comprehensive knowledge of special education procedures and assessments
• Proficiency in conducting psychoeducational evaluations, behavioral interventions, and data analysis
• Strong communication, consultation, and advocacy skills
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion with a culturally responsive approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psychological and academic assessments to identify students strengths and needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Consult with educators, parents, and administrators to develop evidence-based strategies supporting student outcomes
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
• Implement data-driven decision-making to guide behavioral and instructional interventions
• Promote social-emotional learning and mental health awareness within the school community
• Maintain accurate documentation consistent with district, state, and federal guidelines
